Love Saves the Day welcomes all deaf and disabled festival-goers and aims to provide accessible facilities to ensure that the event can be enjoyed by as many people as possible. We are working harder than ever to make the event as accessible as possible.

The following information provides details about the accessible provision at the event. If you have any questions that are not answered below please contact accessibility@teamlove.orgFor disabled customers who do not require use of any of the accessible facilities, please click here to purchase your ticket. If you would you like to register for use of any of these accessible facilities:

  • PA Ticket
  • Main Stage Viewing Platform
  • Accessible Parking
  • Accessible Toilets
  • Lowered bar areas

Please Note: Love Saves The Day is on a green-field site (Eastville Park), with some tarmac paths on the peripheral entrances and exits. While there are some sheltered areas (some stalls and marquees), it is mainly an open-air event. Ground conditions are therefore weather dependant (if we experience extreme weather the ground may become muddy), therefore mobility across the site may become compromised. We ask you to consider this before purchasing a ticket.

Induction Loops

British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters
At present we do not have BSL interpreters onsite, however if it is something that we are looking into for 2018. If this is something that you would be interested in then please do get in contact and let us know.

If you have any queries, please contact or call 0117 941 1611.

Please note: The disabled access facilities are for festival goers with permanent disabilities – pregnant women and people with recent injuries such as broken legs do not qualify.

For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.

Although we are two day festival, we don’t provide any option to camp within the site. The festival will close when the music finishes at 11pm. We advise looking at hotel, Airbnb or hostel options in the centre of Bristol and taking the small commute on our Love Bus (see above) to the festival site each day.

All tented structures have a set capacity that cannot be exceeded by law. If there’s a particular act you are desperate to see then make sure you get down with time to spare. If an arena is full then we suggest finding an alternative stage to enjoy.

This is located in the Information Tent, next to the main gate and it will be open throughout the festival. The cloakroom cost is £3 per item.

Love Saves The Day 2018 will take place on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May, the site will be open from 11am until 11pm.

Please note that last entry to the event is at 8pm.

There is a 12-hour medical centre just inside the main gate that is manned by fully qualified staff. Please make yourself aware with it’s as you enter the festival. The welfare tent is located just inside the main gate. If you need to grab a quiet five minutes or just want someone to talk to, the welfare tent provides a safe and non-judgemental space to do this.

Full emergency services at the festival include:

  • Police • Ambulance • Fire Services

If you need any assistance DO NOT call 999 as we have everything needed on site. This could unnecessarily tie up services from a nearby town. There are an ample number of Stewards and Security on site who can be alerted to call upon for any emergency services or assistance necessary.

If you suspect somebody is unwell take him or her to the first aid tent. If in severe cases they are not moving, please do not attempt to move them and alert a Steward immediately who will call for the exact help needed. If you take any medication regularly remember to bring it with you and make your friends aware of any illness or allergies you may have. Look after yourself and those around you.

Outside food and drink (including alcohol) is not allowed inside the festival, with the exception of one sealed bottle of water (up to 500ml) per attendee. There will be plenty of reasonably-priced bars and traders on site providing a wide variety of refreshments all day long. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available.

There will be a number of points around site that will be manned by Frank Water where they will be providing free refills of chilled drinking water throughout the festival.

11am – 8pm (this includes all General Admission and Guestlist access to the event).

Love Saves the Day Festival takes place at Eastville Park, Muller Road, Bristol, BS5 6XA.

There is no re-entry to this event.

We are committed to causing minimum disruption to the residents who live close to Eastville Park. Please respect local residents by keeping noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving the festival. Please also use the bins and toilets provided.

Please use the bins provided to dispose of all your rubbish. Not only do we want to keep the site looking lovely, but also want to avoid harming any of the resident wildlife at Eastville Park. Plenty of bins are provided around the site and these are emptied throughout the day.

Please be aware that strobe lighting and other special effects may be used as part of performances at Love Saves the Day.

A separate ticket is required for each day. If you have purchased a weekend ticket, please ensure that you bring your ticket on both days.

Please only buy tickets from the authorised agents listed on our ticket page. Beware of touts and unauthorised ticket agents selling tickets as there is no guarantee of their authenticity. You will be refused entry if you attempt to use a counterfeit ticket. Please note that tickets are non-transferable.

Please make sure that you do use the loos provided and not the ground of the park or surrounding area as this can be harmful to local wildlife. There are ample toilet facilities on site and just outside that are cleaned and restocked throughout the day. We all know that festival loos can be a bit of an ordeal so please do your bit by leaving them as you’d like to find them!

Trader applications have now closed for 2018. All applicants will be contacted by March 9th.

Pick Up / Drop Offs & Taxis – The Pick Up / Drop Off point is in the car park of Tesco, Eastville. If you are getting dropped off, please make sure that you follow signs and use the designated area.

(Please note that the car park at Tesco is owned by a private company and is strictly reserved for customers. There is a 3-hour maximum stay and fines will be issued for vehicles that exceed this limit.)

Please be aware that at the end of the festival there will be thousands of people leaving the site at the same time. If you are pre-arranging a collection, then consider making your pick-up point at an easily recognisable landmark a short distance away as roads directly around the site will be closed.

Trains – The event bus service will be running directly to site from Bristol’s main station (Temple Meads) and this will be the easiest way to get to the festival from there.

The closest local train station to the site is Stapleton Road.

Please see for train times.

Parking – There is absolutely no public parking available at the event so please do not bring your car. Anyone parking illegally or irresponsibly near the site will have his or her vehicle towed.

We recommend taking some easy steps to maximise your enjoyment of the day.

Keep money, mobile phones and cameras on your person at all times. If you suspect you have had something stolen, please check with the Information Tent to see if it has been handed in before reporting it to the police.

Exercise common sense when it comes to bringing along valuables- if you don’t need it, don’t bring it!

Make yourself aware of the location of the emergency exits, and follow any instructions given to you by security or stewards. In the unlikely event that you witness dangerous or antisocial behaviour move away and alert security if they are not already in the immediate vicinity.

Volunteer stewarding and bar shifts are available at the festival. More information will be available soon.
